Application: To brows: Use short, hairlike strokes to recreate, fill in or darken brows. To eyes: Follow lash line and gently sweep over eyelid in the desired length. Can be smudged with brush, applicator or Qtip. To sharpen or sanitize use a small pencil sharpener.
